HOW TO ORDER?
Once you’ve chosen your product, place it in the basket and follow the instructions.
To track your order you’ll need to register. This is easy to do by filling in the necessary information on the form provided. If you already have an account with Doubleice just enter the email and password you set up when you registered.
If you don’t want to register, you’ll need to fill in the details required on the form.
CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
You can cancel or make changes to an order right up to the time it is packaged (24 hours after ordering).
Users registered on our site can just log into their own personal area, check the order status and request a change or cancel the order either using the assistance form or via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Users not registered on our site can send an email to email@example.com or fill in the assistance form.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Doubleice accepts payment with all cards accepted by the Paypal circuit or cash on delivery. If you want to use the second method, make sure you’ve given the correct delivery address and that you have the exact amount ready for your order when it arrives.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping is specified before the final order confirmation. Costs are € 6.00 for Italy, € 12.00 for EU countries and €18.00 for countries outside the UE. Shipping costs do not include any customs duties imposed by the laws of the destination country.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND DELIVER MY ORDER?
Orders normally take 2/3 working days to process from when the order is placed and the courier service normally requires a maximum of 3/5 working days for delivery. If you don’t receive your package within 10/15 days of placing the order, contact us directly on 0438/4552623, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the assistance form.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, prepare a brief description of the problem. Take 2/3 photos that clearly show the defect. Send us everything by email to email@example.com or, if you’re registered on the site, log in and then use the assistance form uploading the photos of the defect in the field provided (Max. size 7MB). Once we’ve received your email, we’ll process it and get back to you as soon as we can.

For an assessment of your type of vision deficiency you’ll need to seek the advice of an optician.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF DOUBLEICE GLASSES?
The frames of our glasses are made of non-allergic coloured plastic. Some models have the soft touch (rubber effect) finish or the flocked (velvet effect) finish. The metal collections have a protective coating against the release of nickel.
The frames are glazed with polycarbonate lenses suitable for helping with simple presbyopia in the following strengths: +1.00 +1.50 +2.00 +2.50 +3.00 +3.50
ARE DOUBLEICE GLASSES CERTIFIED?
All our glasses are subjected to quality standard tests set by Certottica (Italian Institute for the Certification of Optical Products) which guarantees the conformity of the lens and the resistance of the frame, essential requirements for issuing the CE mark stamped on all our models. They conform to ISO 16034:2002 Standard.
ARE YOUR SUN GLASSES GRADUATED?
No, the lenses of our sun glasses are not graduated.
