DELIVERY AND TIME METHOD
For delivery of the order, we rely on the carriers GLS and FEDEX.
The number of days for delivery depends on the location to which the products are sent.
The orders we receive on the weekend are processed the following Monday.
Islands, smaller towns and destinations particularly far from our offices require several working days for delivery.
If you do not receive the goods ordered or the time for delivery seems too long, please report the problem by writing to email@example.com, indicating the order number that appears in the email confirming the order.
We receive your orders Monday through Friday. Shipments, made by fast and safe express carriers, are dispatched the day after the order is placed, every day excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
We guarantee delivery within 24-48 hours for Italy and 3-4 days for Europe, only for products in stock. For products not in stock, the date of delivery will be communicated by our sales representative, (usually within a maximum of 15 days).
Shipments outside the EU
Shipments outside the European Union require the minimum time frame of seven days for products in stock.
The customer, after selecting the desired products and before confirming the purchase order, will be contacted by our sales representative, who will provide all the information in order to proceed with the purchase.
In particular, the customer will be informed of products that can be exported to the selected zone, any required certifications for export and any customs duties which could affect the purchase price.
Only after this can the customer confirm the order.
Tips for faster delivery
To be sure you receive what you ordered as soon as possible, please follow these tips:
- Provide an address where there is always someone there to receive the package.The carrier does not deliver by appointment
- We can also ship to your place of work. If you are not sure that you will be at home, we recommend entering your workplace as the delivery address;
- The name provided must match that on the home's doorbell/intercom. If the carrier does not find the name, the package will be returned to the sender labelled as unknown address;
- Provide your telephone number with your data;
- Always add your postal code and house number.
In case the recipient is absent, delivery is normally attempted the following business day.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered is as specified in the shipping document and that the packaging is intact and not altered, even the sealing strip.
In case of tampering and/or breakage, the customer should immediately challenge the shipment and/or delivery putting the word "with reservation subject to inspection" on the delivery document received.
If this is not specifically indicated, Doubleice S.r.l. is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. The customer will then report any damage within 7 days of delivery.
At any time after 7 days, DOUBLEICE S.r.l. will no longer be liable for any damage that has occurred during shipment.
